On hold 19 mins to check if my prescription was even received hours prior, it was. But because it wasn’t entered in the system I didn’t get my notification call. I then made arrangements to pick it up which still would take an hour. The manager was great and attended to my needs instantly when I called the store number. He did what he could to aid the Failing Pharmacy Team.
