Meet Ken. The pharmacist that decided to tell me he was too busy and I should take my prescriptions to another pharmacy AFTER I have already been waiting for my prescription 45 minutes. The antibiotics for my sick 8 year old. Unbelievable. If I hadn’t been waiting for so long, I would have left and taken my prescriptions elsewhere.
Horrible service. Have been multiple times when a prescription was “ready” and it took over 20 minutes every time, even when I’m the only one waiting. Lied too on the phone about prescriptions being ready when they weren’t and then forced to pay with no insurance coverage.
Pharmacist Terry is extremely rude and short-tempered. Reported her to Corporate - should not be working in the customer service field. I will be transferring about 15 monthly prescriptions for my family to another pharmacy provider.
Horrible service and the woman in the pharmacy is very rude. My Doctor keeps sending my prescriptions but this pharmacy never gets them. Everyone else in my family has left them for Publix pharmacy. Looks like I am too! Nothing but problems with them the last 2 years.
