This is a 1 star review as the software will not let me give a -2 star review. I am 76, live in rural Fayette County. Still dealing w voluminous tree debris from recent storm. I called CVS yesterday to ask if my husband's scripts could be picked up today as message said: "until Saturday". Is Saturday included? When I called to ask, the CVS phone software asked recurrent questions for 6 minutes before a person could pick up, I was then told; " I don't know if it includes Saturday." Our insurance attempts to force us to use this pharmacy. To me, it is a pill dispenser, not a pharmacy. Costco pharmacists know our names & greet using our first names when we show up. Costco pharmacists not only know our names they remember our medical concerns. No matter how often we show up at CVS absolutely no one remotely knows who we are. Trying to get a live human being on the phone can take up to 6 minutes or more at this CVS. The tape asks infinite questions instead of merely connecting me to a person. At t... read more
