CVS of Somerset, NJ is the worst Pharmacy ever! Things are never ready when they are suposed to be! Bad experience every time I go in there. The store is fine but the Pharmacy is the WORST!
Jordan is excellent in pharmacy Dept. He truly embodies customer service and willing to help. He has repeatedly step up to assist me. Just wanted to say thank you for always stepping up and being helpful.
My only issue with this CVS is the constant phone calls. I updated the website and app...yet I STILL get phone calls. Updated the website about my meds and STILL get phone calls. Apparently the computer programs dont talk to each other.
They filled 3 meds fast and I got home to our daughter to help make her feel better. Not to mention that they were busy. Thank you CVS.
I was here today to pick up my one year old son's antibiotics prescription. The man at the drive through window was pretty rude. Since I had two sick kids in the car I was in a hurry to get home but the weightlessness of the pack he handed over did strike me. He was borderline yelling asking me to refrigerate it! On reaching home I found that they gave me powder instead of suspension! Who does that! My doc's office had a good laugh abt this.
