All they do is hire inexperienced college kids who can’t run the systems. I’ve almost never had one transaction run smoothly here.
Unable to process my prescription that my doctor has sent 3 times. Between that and getting rid of DEI i am so done with CVS 👋🏼
The pharmacist is frequently late, causing customers to waste time traveling to the store in the morning only to leave empty-handed. If the pharmacist cannot arrive on time, why not adjust the list opening hours as 10 AM, 11 AM, or even noon?
