I don't like attitude ..I give it right back.. I put my name and then add on my husband. Got his but not my .smh she don't know how to do her job smh .
The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians here are excellent.
Always try their best to assist. Have the medication ready on time. Very efficient.
Despite being insured, they marked my prescription as uninsured, charged me full price ($100+ more than expected), and did not listen to me when I said I was insured (Through CVS Caremark mind you!) Now, nearly 2 months later, I am still jumping through hoops to try and get reimbursed. Very nice people working here but the level of inconvenience I've had to go through due to this incompetence has been absolutely ridiculous. Edit: Since CVS responded, I had tried.
