I had to visit the pharmacy in the past two weeks several times for my wife the wait was not long at all They were very professional in meeting my needs
This location has the WORST customer service. I booked online to have three vax service only to discover once I arrived that they were out of one of the vaccines. That was a Saturday. Had them reschedule for the following Monday since they stated that they would receive an inventory of vaccines on that day. Monday comes and I get a call stating that the vax that they didn’t have was available but my second vax was not available. Again I told them to reschedule for the following day. You couldn’t get a worse amount of people to run a pharmacy. Seven person line ahead of me waiting for minutes on end for a single person to show up. Only for them to take their sweet time to do absolutely nothing! I’d expect this kind of service in Baltimore not in Bowie of all places!
