That automated system, set up to where you cannot reach a live person, is a terrible idea.
For the most part my Experience has been Phenomenal!! Except for one day, approximately 4 months ago, there was a female on the Register on this particular day. SHE WAS RUDE! NOT FRIENDLY @ ALL. Subsequently, as I was leaving I went to customer service to inquire as to how I could file an Official Complaint on this female but I Never got a chance.... with all life's Ups/Downs! However, I would Love to NEVER have to interact with her EVER again!! Sal.... is extremely helpful a d his Customer Service is Extra Ordinary!!!
Trash experience, really puts the "harm" in pharmacy. They don't actually follow up with transfer requests to other pharmacies despite texts saying they will. I missed an important, timely refill on a vital Rx BY A MONTH because of their mess despite calling a month in advance, and two more calls when that refill was desperately needed. I will be moving my Rx to another more competent, mindful CVS location.
