The pharmacist was very helpful however I did not appreciate the customer service provided by the pharmacy tech that day both on the phone and in person. He thought it was amusing that I was filling a script for my cat. Pets are important in people's lives not to mention a booming source for industry so you would think you would want to make good on that niche.
