They overcharged me $50 for one of my prescription. I talked to them about it and they wouldn't do anything. I called my insurance and they verified that I was overcharged. I called CVS back and they said they'd look into it and call me back. They never did. I went to the pharmacy and talked with someone and the problem was finally resolved. Not professional at all, or kind and courteous

they get one because it is a drive thru and convenient ....except you have to keep driving through and out!!! There is no customer service and they tell you that they did not receive any orders from the doctor but you call and your doctor sends it three times. Publix on the other hand has customer service and fills your scripts.
This CVS rocks! The customer service is the best and they bend over backwards to make sure your shopping experience there is an awesome one!
