The last 3 visits to this location have been very disturbing. I was made to feel like such an imposition and low priority. In need of customer service training and value their positions.
CVS at the Target store in Topsham Maine is a wonderful pharmacy; we are very happy that it is within our traveling distance. We have always been pleased with the service, the speed of packaging our medications - and calling quickly to let us know that our meds are ready for pick up. Had an appointment. for rsv shot & was called & e-mailed that 2 prescriptions were ready for pick up. Verified on the phone & on web site that they were open. No one there CLOSED! This is after going out I snow storm to keep appt. Poor service, poprck.municatios.
