The “manager” at this location has terrible customer service skills, no regard for patient confidentiality, & sub par computer skills. I have had three bad experiences with her. The first time she helped me, I thought she was new because it was a mess. The second visit she wouldn’t help me with my app payment. I got a letter from CVS stating that my health plan is changing and I have to go get the app. I already was using the app for vaccines but I want to use an independent local pharmacy for my prescription so I don't have to use CVS or Walgreens which are both very annoying. I asked today at the pharmacy if this meant that I would have to use CVS to pick up all my prescriptions. And this older woman said something to me and I can't hear because I'm hearing impaired.
