The CVS Pharmacy Team Nathan & the front staff are absolutely amazing! Only CVs closed on Saturdays and somehow they put your prescription in processing so it can't be transferred
I had a simple question and I told the pharmacist I just have a quick question and there was not a single person there but me and he dismissed me and told me I had to wait, the he proceeded to tell his tech to see what I wanted, “see what she wants” and I quote, she came and asked me I asked if they had OTC med of some sort she didn’t know the answer and asked him, and he just shook his head and the whole thing was so rude and unprofessional definitely won’t go back there
No problems talking with staff. Addressed anything i had a question about . Vaccines are pretty straight forward. If you need meds after hours, visit a MediMerge clinic for support.
Please avoid this pharmacy. I had a surgery this morning, and doc prescribed strong pain killers. The pharmacy opened at 10, my wife went there three times. Its Friday, and they will close for the weekend, and having one hour at hand, it was a traumatic experience to think about spending weekend without pain killers. Finally with some mercy, they gave us the painkiller 10 minutes before the store closed. No contact information, no way to ask for store support.
