Very unprofessional and irresponsible employes. Me and my husband came for a rapid covid test that the result was supposed to be available in a few hours and we never received the results. After more than a day waiting, we decided to call and they say we call you back. We never received a call back. We called a few times and they say they don't know where the results are. the new pharmacist Hala has been causing drama over my non narcotic, non opioid meds I've been taking for 11 years for chronic pain. my doctors have told her they are aware of the situation and to fill the prescriptions. she tries to act like she knows better than them. she's extremely rude and condescending. I wouldn't get my prescriptions filled there if you can avoid it. She's terrible and needs a lesson in customer service and maybe even a reminder of EXACTLY what her job is.
The manager is an immature rude girl, she acted like a teenager with an attitude. We were arguing about coupons and she jumps out of no where and asked me if "I wanted to fight" They need to hire managers who are mature and respectful of their customers. Will let all my family and friends know not to shop at CVS ever again. Very disappointed.
Horrible cashier.. And the pharmacy staff was completely incompetent! They forgot to ID me for a controlled substance script! And it's so unorganized back there it took them 10min to find mine.. Wtf!
Great staff and they take Express Scrips. Sadly Walgreens doesn't anymore.
