The pharmacy will lie and says meds are ready and when you get there to pick up they will say they never told you that. But now the meds be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 2 hours just for to say the dr never sent scripts what was another lie. Dr sent scripts two days ago. I waited and calldd to confirm if meds were ready so i can pick them up on my 1 hour lunch break. The wait time is too long, the pharmacy staff, including pharmacy managers are very rude. People are sick and should not have to deal with rude unprofessional behavior just to pick up medication. Unfortunately, I will not go to the CVS on Hamilton and Crest Rd again and do not recommend it for anyone.
