Awful window service. They take their time and don’t know what they are doing. Also if you are on line waiting and get to the window at 1:30 they shut it on you because of lunch. Even if you waited 30 minutes
I’d like to share positive feedback about the pharmacist on duty at closing time. My daughter had strep and we were rushing to get her prescription filled. Even though it was right at closing, she was compassionate, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. She didn’t have to do that, and it truly meant a lot to our family. Thank you for employing someone who cares that much.
The staff is always nice and helpful. But the automated phone system is not easy to work with. Trying to get an RX refilled took me several tries and I went around in circles. It wasn't clear what I should say. It would have been easier if I could have "pressed 1 for refill "
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS PHARMACY DEPARTMENT?!? Saturday I went to the pharmacy Department to pick up my prescription. Your team member, Elizabeth, assisted me. She IS A VALUABLE ASSET TO THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT! She is an absolute joy to interact with and she's very knowledgeable and helpful!
