Bad customer service. They messed up my prescription numerous times and gave NO APOLOGIES .

They never get any of my prescriptions correct. They either forget to give me things, tell me things are ready for pick up and I get there only for them to tell me it’s “in process” this last time I was supposed to get 18 pills and I got 7! It’s EVERY SINGLE TIME! I wouldn’t use them if I had a choice!
I like CVS because they have a lot of specials. I thing I did not like, The Hearing Aid Batters are expensive but there was a sign that read “buy four get one FREE” I had a Coupon from CVS, 40% off per Item, the sales associate said I could only use the 40% off on one Packet of Hearing AIDS. I said all the Hearing AIDS Are 1 Item, she said that is not the way CVS looks at it, she got 1 packet which was $22.49, with 40% off came to $13.49.
