Every time I refill prescriptions there is a problem with the order, when I call to talk to them about a prescription or an order status I have to wait 20-45 minutes to talk to someone then they are all very rude and quick to hang up on you. If you have a medication that’s needed for an urgent health reason, even if it’s for your kids, they refuse to move it up the priority line and say you just have to wait….terrible customer service, incredibly rude, the pharmacist will grill you, in front of others in line, about the medi... read more
