3+ years I have been doing business with this location and staff and have always been treated correctly. Not crazy about management making crazy changes like the new tablet that you have to check in. But, the staff have always been spot-on!
The pharmacist Andre is superior. He has helped me on multiple occasions with my daughter. She has asthma and allergies. I always go to him before giving her anything to make sure there are no interactions with medications. To seek advise on things as simple as a recommendation on a supplement for a teen girl with low iron. He has been great!
The only reason I keep this cvs is because it allows me to get a little shopping done at the same time. Every experience is bad. The service is slow and they never want to take the time to explain how to use the medication. They never ask if I have any question. They never give advice about the medication.
This with out a doubt this is the best pharmacy in Chicago
