My wife and I have been customers of this CVS Pharmacy inside Target in Aliso Viejo CA for many years, and we are always very satisfied with their services. Pharmacist Marielle is highly professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She always takes the time to clearly answer our questions about medications and vaccines, which helps us feel comfortable and confident in our healthcare decisions. The worst pharmacy I have seen in the 13 years that I’ve been getting medication. Every time I go there to pick up my prescription, they tell me to come back in 20 minutes. It’s never ready. Even though the day before, they text me themselves saying to come and pick it up. I even go two days later, and still they tell me to wait another 20 minutes for my medication to be ready. Gotta be the worst visit I’ve had in ages to a pharmacy.. went the other day for a few shots for school.. tdap, mmr, chickenpox. She claims I don’t need a second dose for mmr and takes it off my order, gives me the other two and has the needle in my arm for a solid 15 seconds and immediately after my face got super hot, ears started ringing, felt like I was gonna throw up and faint. To top it all off I needed all of those shots for school to enroll in classes next year… now that I got the chickenpox I have to wait 14 days wh... read more
