Hire more people...train them in actual customer service and not to argue with customers....training them to actually care about their customers might be asking too much of the staff though. If my insurance would pay any other Pharmacy I would change. This is awful!!!! I got her at 5:40 and it is now 6:06, they have only waited on 2 cars in the drive thru in all this time. Surely they can hire more people or something...
How long does it take to fix the drive thru. It has been closed for a week now.
This is the worst pharmacy EVER!!!! If I could leave ZERO stars I would! They take forever to fill your prescriptions and they mess something up every single time I get a refill. I have a baby to take care of and I don’t have time to sort out THEIR mistakes! I’m switching to Alvarado pharmacy TODAY and Alvarado cvs should be shut down immediately, it can be dangerous to mess up people’s prescriptions!
I used Alvarado Drug for years before CVS bought them out. CVS was fine at first, but lately it's become a little tedious to get my prescriptions filled there. First, they very rarely certain medications in stock, which means another trip to the drug store. And today, when I made the extra stop to get my prescriptions, I was told it was going to 'take a few minutes' to mix the compound and that I needed to circle back through the drive through since there were people waiting. This is the worst pharmacy ever. I dropped off my prescription on Saturday around 2pm and told them I would be back on Sunday. I got there today and it wasn't filled. Their excuse was that they just opened 1 hour ago. It also took them about 10 mins to even find my prescription. Maybe if they spent less time calling people to remind them that their prescription needs to be filled, they could get stuff done. They overcharged me $50 on a prescription after I called them and they told me it was 26 and some change. And they refused to fix it
