Every single staff member at CVS Target has been exceptionally friendly and helpful!!!! Can’t say enough positive things about them…wish I wrote their names down so that I could acknowledge them directly!!!
This is a huge drop in service from Rite Aid, which closed. You have to wait in close lines, making privacy impossible. You cannot talk to a pharmacist, you just get an automated system. The voicemail indicates they will call back - they do not. They say a drug is not currently available, but will be in "soon" but don't indicate when. I'm about done with this pharmacy. Being in a motorized cart and needing to stand up to work on the screen, the girl at the counter actually reached her hand out and pulled me up. That kindness will not be forgotten.
Always such slow service. Takes forever for every script and tends to end up with us standing around the store waiting. Staff always seems disorganized and unhappy. Quite a miserable experience
