1. They've switched over to one of those imbecilic robot services to answer phones with no way to directly contact the pharmacy other than leaving a voicemail. 2. They don't fill out prescriptions till i come in to pick them up even when I give a time for pickup hours after I call or at lesst 2 days go by. 3. They say they'll call a provider to help an issue get resolved but somehow I'm always ending up having to do a call to my doctor and insurance instead as they seem to just create more problems. 4. Staff is generally rude & still don't recognize me even though I've been going there for 2+ years. I'm looking for another pharmacy instead of this CVS after they gave me the wrong amount of amount of pills two months straight & told me I was wrong when I asked about it. My doctor tried to clear up the problem with them and they still wouldn't fill it correctly. Do not recommend By contrast, I used the Rite Aid/Walgreens in Hunters Woods for years.
