automated call system has ruined the customer experience. hate dealing with this place.
1. They've switched over to one of those imbecilic robot services to answer phones with no way to directly contact the pharmacy other than leaving a voicemail. 2. They don't fill out prescriptions till i come in to pick them up even when I give a time for pickup hours after I call or at lesst 2 days go by. 3. They say they'll call a provider to help an issue get resolved but somehow I'm always ending up having to do a call to my doctor and insurance instead as they seem to just create more problems. 4.
