Got the same BS story every time. They could only run my sons meds thru his primary insurance and not Medicaid, sorry ma’am you have to pay the copay. Or else it was, give us 20 minutes to rebill it thru Medicaid and then they’d have ‘system issues’. FUCK YOU! So why is it so easy at Rite aid to get it run thru both insurances! I walk in and they hand me the meds, zero cost EVERY TIME! I have yet to have to remind them of the secondary insurance at all. CVS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!
