CVS on Bainbridge Ave is the worst pharmacy i ever had to deal with, I have been on hold for over 2 hours, just to get a refill. I had to call the front cashier to explain my dilemma and no help, was told they are much too busy. I requested to get text updates, they had the nerve to say they didn't have my phone number smh this was 2 months ago, still no text. I only had to deal with CVS bc I moved but I never had any issues like this with Rite Aid!! I give this store zero stars!! management sucks, everyone there sucks
This has been the best CVS that I have ever been to. The pharmacy is polite, and very fast.
Late deliveries is what I don't like! Got here early!
