Purchased a brace and it was the wrong hand.. went to exchange and was informed that all sales are final and would not exchange brace... even during a pandemic. Nothing for the customer. That will br the last time ever going to CVS. After making weekly visits because close to home. That is just down right poor customer service.
This is one of my two favorite cvs... I love the service and the employees are very helpful....
