Poor customer service. Made an appointment for a flu shot online, pre-registered all my insurance information and health questions. Showed up for my appointment and the pharmacist said “oh, just so you know that online registration’s not a thing...it’ll be 45 minutes.” Waiting with a 2 year old that long wasn’t an option, which is why I made an appointment in the first place.
Always a long wait, forget to run your insurance and then send you to the back of the line. Never had a good experience here
Not very happy with this CVS. I cannot understand why they don't have a common pain med in stock and won't have it available until "maybe end of next week". Can't they get it from another CVS and have it sent to their store? Pain meds mean you have pain and sort of need them.
