I ordered and paid for a product online for store pick up. I went in to the store at 11:30 am on a Tuesday to pick it up. I was the only one at the customer service counter and wanted to add a single, $8 t-shirt to my purchase. The young man at the counter refused to ring up the t-shirt. I asked him if I was going to have to stand in line twice, and he said "yep. It's not fair to people standing in the check out line." Always easy to find what I need.
I’m very disappointed. I use to buy these two organic coconut and oat milk at target in Hudson and for a great price, they are no longer available. Very disappointing..
Do not go to a register with a cashier.. DO IT YOURSELF. I am now on my FOURTH time of being double charged for something. I will go to self checkout with my 100 items next time because at least I know i'll do it right the first time.
