I want so badly to give them a 5 because the people at this location are wonderful but I cannot get ahold of them due to CVS call line being an AI bot that will not transfer you to them, after fighting with the bot back and forth I can only get the option to leave a message. This is borderline useless when I have a time sensitive question. I need an answer about my prescription before my fiance gets off work so he can pick it up for me, but there's no way to talk directly too them.
