This is the worst way to run a pharmacy. You can not talk to a pharmacist if you need to because the virtual assistant won't transfer you. The virtual assistant doesnt understand anything you say, even birthdays to refill prescriptions. I ended up being transfered 5 different times and no one could answer my question. The people that finally answered would say 1-2 words and pause for a long time. They didnt make any sense and couldn't communicate.
What's with the new terminals that you have to sign in on? I can see it saves time but the front counter folks weren't nice in informing customers of the new procedures. "JUST GO TO ANY WINDOW AND ENTER YOUR INFO!" A look of momentary confusion resulted in a military style order. "GO TO THE WINDOW.. THE TERMINAL AND SIGN IN! (Accompanied by a sour, exasperated glare from the clerk) Seems those folks are always super stressed out. It's depressing to be on the receiving end of this. Oh well... Back to mail order.
I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years, and I'm going to move my accounts immediately! I spoke with "Sam" who claimed to be the pharmacist who was extremely rude and belligerent. His English was so horrible that I asked to speak to someone else and he refused. Go to any pharmacy but this one.
Only leaving a review because I’m surprised by the 2.5 stars for this CVS at Council Tree. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and responsive, staff is helpful and friendly. I’ve never had a “bad” experience with this pharmacy. In fact quite the opposite. There are circumstances beyond the control of the hardworking staff at times but none worthy of writing a poor review… but I guess haters gonna hate.
