Every single pharmacy tech I've been helped by has been incredibly kind, helpful, and willing to problem solve! There can be a bit of a wait as only one person will be working the counter more often than not but I don't personally mind it much. Staff has always been helpful when dealing with insurance hickups and you can tell that they don't like the american healthcare system either (great comradery honestly lol).
