Very easy to get my annual vaccines at the Target pharmacy.
Pharmacist Brandon is to be commended. He noticed me waiting for an RX to arrive sent just 15 mins prior. He's the one who suggested I contact Urgent Care to double-check which pharmacy it was sent to. His suspicion was correct; Urgent Care sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Brandon next watched for it to come in and had it ready between other customers before I even got back in line to see if it had arrived. Very impressive! Thanks Brandon :)
Always quick and efficient.
Your new automated phone system (esp for quickly requesting a refill) is TERRIBLE!! She talks way too much and there are too many steps. Very confusing and time consuming.
