CVS on Troutman in Fort Collins Colorado responded to a delicate and critical issue due to a lost prescription. The pharmacist, technicians and CVS team provided all the necessary guidelines for reciprocal measure to receive my medication. Over the period of two to three days, someone from the pharmacy responded to each inquiry and question which inevitably completed approval to fill my lost medication. Since moving to Fort Collins six years ago I've always worked with a Walgreens pharmacy, but when the medication my dermatologist prescribed was unavailable even by order at any local Walgreens, or even in Windsor, I contacted this CVS pharmacy and left a voicemail. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience here. I would highly suggest taking your service elsewhere if possible. For some context, I was picking up an inhaler for my cat. My vet had written me a prescription listing his creditentials (vet license, name, etc) with the needed dose of inhaler for my cat. CVS would not accept this as a "valid prescription."
