Y'all are slow as hell. You don't answer the phone and the cashier/pharmacy techs walk around like sloths. Let's not get in a hurry!
Waited 10 minutes at the checkout counter at 9pm....wasn’t until another customer yelled “hello?” That someone finally came. The gentleman didn’t even apologize for a wait.
Was time for me to get my shingles's vaccination which is to be covered 100% under my wellness plan. My local Kroger's Pharmacy would only administer with a copayment but CVS entered me into their system & gave it to me with no copay. Was in & out in 15 minutes.
Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Waited for 15 minutes until someone came to the window just to tell me to hold on then waited another ten and they couldn't even give me my prescription until tomorrow. Hate hate hate this pharmacy
