Staff worked 11/2 hours to get our insurance to cover our vaccines
I would love to know the genius business person that thought the idea of having customers that are sick, touching an unessasay shared screen so that they can downsize their pharmacy tech team even further. They also never did basic use case analysis because they forgot about the simple case of needing behind the counter cold meds which breaks their approach. Until they remove these idiotic machines I will take my business elsewhere.
