There is poor communication between this store, in Target, and the standalone one a half-mile away, on the other side of Baltimore Pike. Today the automated phone service said I had to pick up a prescription at Baltimore Pike, where I took an Uber to, and they told me the system was wrong, it was across the street at Target. They said there is always confusion. So, I hoofed over to Target, and, to my surprise, the pharmacist (a short Indian lady with a floppy hat) said, no sir, the prescription is at the first store. I have been picking up my medications from this CVS location for longer than I can remember. This newest crew, lead by Heidi, is the best I've seen yet! She is an asset to your company and I can tell that the team follows her lead of customer service and care.
