There is poor communication between this store, in Target, and the standalone one a half-mile away, on the other side of Baltimore Pike. Today the automated phone service said I had to pick up a prescription at Baltimore Pike, where I took an Uber to, and they told me the system was wrong, it was across the street at Target. I have been picking up my medications from this CVS location for longer than I can remember. This newest crew, lead by Heidi, is the best I've seen yet! She is an asset to your company and I can tell that the team follows her lead of customer service and care.
Heidi is fantastic and she is the reason why we come here.
Best Pharmacist around, always nice and always accommodating. Helps out anytime there is an issue with my insurance.
