This CVS pharmacy dept seems to be poorly managed, no leadership, or has a high turnover. I came in Saturday morning at the time the pharmacy hours are supposed to be open, but the sign said it’s not opened until 2 pm. I came back on Sunday at noon and Pharmacy dept is closed for the whole day. Apparently, nobody was scheduled to work in pharmacy this weekend. Why open at 0900 to not be open at 0900. I waited almost 20 mins and saw the employee go in about 0853 to the store. I then went to the door at 0903 just to be told they can't open until another person gets there. As a soldier I don't have time to wait, I believe in the 15 min rule. Terrible service, just go across the street to the Walgreens that opens at 0800.
Worst pharmacy EVERRRR! Can't ever get anyone on the phone. Script are put into processing for days. Can't get anyone on the phone to find out what's going. Website has little to no answers for you. One word discribes this pharmacy HORRIBLE!!!!!
If I could give it ZERO stars I would. You try to call here, no one answers, then you go into the store and over the intercom every 5 seconds it says loudly, "ONE PHARMACY CALL" and they just neglect to answer it ever as well as tend to the customers in the line. They just sit and stare at the computer without actually helping customers. My prescription has been "in process" for 3 days and every time I have to refill it, it's always an issue. If you can avoid this particular CVS save yourself the head aches.
