Worst pharmacy experience I have EVER had. Dr office was not able to get through to pharmacy to verify approval for insurance to cover. I went to pharmacy to let them know approval was made to run it through ins. at 10 am. I was told they would and will fill medication. I went back to pick up at 3 pm. Was informed medication was not ready and was going to cost 200.00 due to insurance deductible. ok please fill it. Went back at 6 pm was told they are "working" on it. This place has gone downhill big time based upon those early reviews from years ago. All I can say is CHOOSE WALGREENS if you can. I have been forced to use CVS thanks to Walgreens dropping my prescription network, so off I go. I have been five times so far, and each time is an utter nightmare. Losing orders, with no semblance of organization for where they put their prescriptions unlike Walgreens. I visited the new CVS store and had excellent service. Every employee in the store was extremely polite. The store was well stocked and very clean. I will enjoy going to this store.

I feel that the New CVS store is the verybest at customer service. They are very kind and patient friendly. I would recomend them to all of Midland welcome to Midland CVS
