I asked for covid and flu vaccines. Received 2 vaccines. Later they texted that they had to remove 1 vaccine. Which 1? This is unacceptable service. Do they know which vaccine I received?
Their system is really bad. Everytime I pick up, theres issues. They recently change the phone so you cannot contact the pharcist directly. You have to leave a voicemal and they dont reply for hours. I transfered out all my presriptions today.
This CVS is terrible! I have been trying to get my medication delivered FOR FIVE DAYS and no one on their team knows what they’re doing. They delivered another medication and lancets to me but did not include my second prescription! They’ve called me about 8 times saying they received my messages and will ship my medication only to find out four days later that they can’t ship and have to do same day delivery…why wasn’t this relayed before??
