Our visit to CVS Eastland was great. The pharmacy tech and related tem members behind the scene make for the customer a one stop shopping experience now I am update with my prescriptions and my innoculations, good job
The pharmacist and the whole team there are always very polite very patient and very informative. I really appreciate that. It’s always Pleasant to go to pick up your medication‘s there or even if you have a question they’re always willing to help.
Nice pharmacy, friendly people, but they stopped picking up the phone if there is a question, it is a FRUSTRATING DUMB AI LOOP now, takes forever and nothing gets done, I hope they read this...and dont let AI handle it...
I come here once a month to pickup meds, the staff are nice. I get a text when meds are available for pickup. I would recommend this store.👍🏻
I give one star because the staffs are unprofessional and not patient, they are rude, I have 4 medicines and all have different days to pick up ,the pharmacist are not helping me to put all 4 together.
