Again, disappointed with the pharmacy dept. This time I called in a refill and did so I could pick it up during "business" hours. I do this so that if there is a problem, they can reach someone in my insurance to clear up any issues before insurance office and/or doctor office closes and don't have to wait a few days. I went to pick it upon Sunday, it wasn't ready. There was a problem. Did they bother to clear this on Friday? No. Did they call me to let me know? No. So... I wait.
