She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful — she took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find my medication on the shelf, and clearly explained possible side effects so I felt comfortable and informed. You can really tell she cares about helping customers. Thank you, Sarah, for such excellent service!
I had an excellent experience at the CVS pharmacy thanks to the pharmacist. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. Sarah took the time to clearly explain my medication, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure everything was accurate and safe. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such kindness. This pharmacist truly goes above and beyond, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. CVS is lucky to have her!
they always provide the best customer service
The worst customer service ever super busy. They only had one cash register open and it was all the way in the back corner so you had to actually go find them and there’s two people over there just yakking away horrible service.
