Gone to this pharmacy for at least 5 years and always dealt with this one awesome pharmacist. I dont know where he's gone, but he needs to come back! The new pharmacist claimed that it wasnt the pharmacy job to send pre-authorizations for medications to doctors, and that there are strict rules that stop them from alerting patients that the 7 day prescription is near expiration. I had to call CVS caremark to question why my daughter's new medication was denied coverage, and it was essentially because the pharmacist did not re... read more
