Very good and very informative
Gone to this pharmacy for at least 5 years and always dealt with this one awesome pharmacist. I dont know where he's gone, but he needs to come back! The new pharmacist claimed that it wasnt the pharmacy job to send pre-authorizations for medications to doctors, and that there are strict rules that stop them from alerting patients that the 7 day prescription is near expiration. I had to call CVS caremark to question why my daughter's new medication was denied coverage, and it was essentially because the pharmacist did not re... read more
The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They close at random, the posted hours mean NOTHING. If you can actually catch them when they're open (rare), there's a line about 10 people deep and one employee who is as slow as molasses. They're clearly understaffed and CVS is unwilling to do anything about it. Avoid it if you can.
