The last couple of weeks I have taken my prescription to this CVS pharmacy. Jocyln the lead tech has been rude and condescending towards me she needs to be more respectful to her customers. She needs better customer service training. I will not be doing any more business with CVS. I am going to tell all my friends, family members, coworkers and neighbors to tell all there friends, family members, coworkers and neighbors never to do business with CVS anymore.
This place is horrible, they had a system issue and were 3 hours late to fill a prescription for my 10 year old child whom had surgery and they didn't apologize or take responsibility. I had to call and call them to get them to get in the ball with his pain meds. I'm going to go to another pharmacy from now one. Bye CVS!!!!
