First time picking up medications at this location. The Pharmacist Lavanya answered my concern and questions about a med I no longer take. She was pleasant, friendly, provessional and efficient. I left the counter a happier man as a result of this interaction. Thank you very much. I am 73 years old.
Around 8:30 in the morning, CVS sent a text to pick up a new antibiotic prescription after 11:30. I drove over only to be told to come back after lunch. Recommend the original notification include open and closed hours.
Rude & unprofessional
Every time I come into this store, there is always an issue.. I completely understand understaffed.. but after standing in line for almost 20 minutes to pick up my prescription, I was told to go stand in line at the front of the store to purchase 2 bottles of water and a piece of candy because she didn’t want to ring it up with my prescription.. needless to say they didn’t happen and I won’t be back..
