Good for general medicines and good deals on housewares once in a while
The only reason why we use this CVS is because is close to our home but we are reconsidering due to the issues with the staff. We used other CVS pharmacies before and never had any issues, but this particular branch has some serious customer service problems. The staff is rude, they give attitude, they never have answers to any questions or issues and they push back for anything and everything, they are not approachable. I love the Walkersville CVS. They are always helpful and kind.
I needed the prescription but the cost was exorbitant. The pharmacist worked with me to find the generic, which the Dr ordered at a reasonable cost to me using a coupon.
