Waited in line 20 minutes, just for them to tell me to go to another line I didn’t need to go to… just because they were busy and didn’t wanna deal with it.
Simple and quick process to get my Rx transferred. Callback was quick and efficient. Pickup was easy and convenient.
Went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription. Laura was very rude and even rolled her eyes at me. When I told her thank you as she was handing me my medicine, she said “mhmm”.
