Recently this CVS changed its staffing, ended automatic refills and changed their phone refill system to have to talk to an AI voice which is way more annoying than the previous system where you could just input on a dial phone. Today when I came to pick up my prescription I didn't even get greeted with a "hello" or a "how are you" or even a smile just, "oh we've changed our system" and a gesture toward a touch screen that doesn't work well and feels highly impersonal.
