Trying to get through the auto attendant to just leave a voicemail for staff was absolutely awful!!! And I'm tech savvy so it shouldn't be that difficult!!
Excellent customer care and ease of process. Easy to schedule vaccination and complete vaccination at this location.
The staff at the local CVS are great. Pharmacist Jenny in particular goes the extra mile to fill my prescriptions. Other than the staff itself, which I'd rate a 5, CVS Corporate does not endear me. I do not care for the changes to the pick up that require me to interact with a screen rather than a human, nor are the changes to the phone system useful. Recently this CVS changed its staffing, ended automatic refills and changed their phone refill system to have to talk to an AI voice which is way more annoying than the previous system where you could just input on a dial phone. Today when I came to pick up my prescription I didn't even get greeted with a "hello" or a "how are you" or even a smile just, "oh we've changed our system" and a gesture toward a touch screen that doesn't work well and feels highly impersonal.
