I went to this store today and over heard an employee (who when I confronted him said he was the shift manager) say to another employee "hey I did not know you had a black kid". this man said it out loud, while on the clock, in front of customers, in front of other employees, in front of people of color and most importantly in front of that poor child who could not have been more than 5 years old. it is very sad that that man holds a management position and that is how he talks. They change their hours without updating any of the websites, social media, and phone info when you call. You get there 5 mins after their new closing time to pick up your much needed prescription and they’re nothing but rude to you. “Well can I transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that’s still open?” Sure but nothing will be done until we open tomorrow. Since I moved to DE this CVS and staff has been a great help with my family. They've Called to ensure transfer of prescriptions, filled within a few hours, worked with me when there was trouble with coverage, and the list goes on. Thank you for caring, listening, and taking the time to help!! Continue to grow you guys are awesome!
Website: horrible. mobile app: even worse. Unbelievable that someone would actually release an app that sucks this badly. Corporate greed has gotten the better of this company. They care little about customer service, about employees, about nothing but profits. Darned shame, they could be good if they so chose.
