My husband and I have been with this pharmacy for over a decade. We are now going elsewhere. This past week, I was told by the pharmacy manager that ALL CVS pharmacies are moving to mandatory 'kiosk' sign in and 'eventually' getting a barcode that can be done using your cell phone. In essence, for anyone wanting to speak to a real person - good luck. In addition, they require when you call for ANYTHING, to go through the automated system. Never open on Sunday’s on time EVER . Always 5-10 min behind opening displayed hours . Nice people that work here - should change the hours if they can’t open timely . Retail requires this . Or maybe the corporate level should pay their employees better to be open on time . Because if salary in the pharmaceutical world means late open it’s a disservice to customers
The CVS Pharmacy inside Target Wareham is always spotless and well-organized, creating a welcoming experience from the moment you walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. If you’re using the pharmacy, be sure to speak with Jess—she’s not only extremely knowledgeable but also treats every customer like family. Her kindness and expertise truly set this location apart.
