Very poor customer service in the drive thru with the same young gentlemen. I'm new to CVS and I encountered the same gentlemen on the last 5 visits. I even went inside yesterday and the entrance was full of leaves and trash. I doubt I will entertain this CVS much longer. Like night and day compared to the service provided at Rite Aide.
Sitting in the drive-through at 8:15 CVS drive-through pharmacy is supposed to open up at 8 o’clock. That’s what the sign says still sitting here. No one at the drive-through whatever happened to showing up to work on time being responsible. I don’t know if I want to get my prescriptions from someone who’s not responsible. I don’t know that you should either be careful. CVS doesn’t care.
