I had been receiving messages that my Rx is ready to be picked up. Finally I ask my husband to pick up my meds mounjaro inj. When he arrived at the pharmacy , he was told by a guy that I don’t have medications to be picked up. It’s really upsetting & disappointing by this cvs service. It happened not only once. Refilling rx always delayed Everytime I I called to pharmacy, its not being answered, & when I leave messages to call me back , never call me back. CVS has poor service Maybe I’ll transfer to another pharmacy.
