Their coupon machine is always down. I was told today that I can "buy something I don't want" and they can print them out at the register. If your company is coupon based there should be a way to have access to the coupons ourselves. Not just have to rely on the store as the machines are always down.
I've been a long time CVS customer but will not longer shop at your store. Today I was made to go to the back of the cash register line because I'd lined up in the wrong place, even though I'd been waiting long before other customers.
They never have the yellow sales tags out marking on sale items, the new store manager is very rude, they never offer help when you walk in. I don't blame the workers though, clearly it's bad management. I've been taking my dog inside this CVS for the last year, the workers know her and the old manager knew her. She's never had an incident in the store. But today she was told to stay outside by this new manager, we won't be coming back ever again. Its disappointing to see this very poorly run store as an employee of CVS.
Correct pricing please. My last couple of visits have been a hassle. I'm going for a sale item and at check out it is full price. I can see this happening once in a blue moon, but I'm starting to see a pattern. I'm retired so I have time to fight for my discount. I'm sure others with busier lifestyles may not want to take the time. It is time consuming. Other than that, I enjoyed the Halloween displays.
Seriously disappointed with the drive thru service. I know its a luxury but damn, 15min with NOBODY ahead of me in line and me making a ruckus to grab their attention?!? Not likely that I will return.
This place truly sucks . The RX dept is so bad... They are all snotty with a smile. Why do customers put up with this . I refuse
