I would say that CVS in Abingdon, VA is a joke but it isn't funny when you are dealing with medicine and people's health. They are terrible and I would never use their services again. Never.

I'm visiting from okc and my Dr called my meds in. Instead of letting me know my insurance is no longer accepted they did nothing. I had to call and then got nothing but attitude. Will never go to CVS AGAIN!
Always an excuse as to way meds are not ready. "30 more minutes" after waiting in line for 20 minutes on meds that NP called in a week ago!! Really!!
Recently, we were disrespected by the pharmacist at CVS. He was too busy to deal with an insurance issue & wouldn't allow us to pay for a refill for my wife, who is recovering from cancer treatment. He stood about 8 feet from us, but couldn't even address us himself as he told his assistant, "I'm not going to do it". I was angry, my wife's feelings were very hurt. We will never return to this store.
This one of the rudest places to fill a prescription. I do not use this drugstore unless I have to because everything else is closed!
