Best pharmacy, pharmacist, and support staff around!!!
Terrible. The lady had me wait in line for so long (20 minutes) while they are doinf something in the computer. When she finally went to help me out, it took her another 5-10 minutes "checking" in the computer for my prescriptions. What a terrible experience I had to leave. They had no motivation at all to help us out.
An updated review... and this pharmacy has been doing a great job for a long time. Sometimes it's in and out and other situations you will have to wait due to the people with questions that take time to answer.
By far the best pharmacy we have ever worked with! Mason redefines what outstanding customer service is! Anytime we have a question or have reached out, Mason has been very prompt in his responses and is always very proactive and informative. Mason and the CVS Pharmacy team care about their customers and we greatly appreciate their superior customer service.
